Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                       learned A.P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner apprehends his arrest connection<\/p>\n<p>                       with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.73 of 2011 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                       Sections 307\/379\/384\/341 and 323\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                       Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner submits that the specific overt act is not attributed<\/p>\n<p>                       to the petitioner. It has also been submitted that the present<\/p>\n<p>                       case is a counter blast of Tharthari P.S. Case No.14 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                       instituted on 30.4.2011 under Sections 308\/379\/323 and<\/p>\n<p>                       341\/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged by Dilip Kumar, one<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       of the co-accused of the present case against the informant<\/p>\n<p>       and others.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 In the F.I.R., the specific overt act is attributed to<\/p>\n<p>       the co-accused, Dilip Singh, Arvind Yadav and Ram Prasad<\/p>\n<p>       Singh and no specific overt act is attributed to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                 Having considered the facts and the circumstances<\/p>\n<p>       of the case, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>       arrest or surrender by him within four weeks from today, be<\/p>\n<p>       enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>       (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>       each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>       Nalanda at Biharshari, in connection with Noorsarai P.S.
