SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                 ------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C)No.10161 OF 2009\n              ----------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 30th day of March, 2009\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Allegedly on account of physical ailments, the petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>availed of leave during his service in the Kerala State Road<\/p>\n<p>Transport Corporation.      According to the petitioner, although<\/p>\n<p>leave has been sanctioned, the leave period has not been taken<\/p>\n<p>into account for the purpose of sanctioning increments and other<\/p>\n<p>benefits.   In the above circumstances, the petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>EXts.P5 and P6 representations before respondents 1 and 4<\/p>\n<p>respectively.    The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P5 and P6<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.     I have heard the learned Standing Counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent also.\n<\/p>\n<p>     In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c)No.10161\/09                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Exts.P5 and P6 as expeditiously as possible, at<\/p>\n<p>any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt<\/p>\n<p>of a copy of this judgment.      The petitioner shall forward a<\/p>\n<p>certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition to the 1st respondent for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>                                         S.
