BHAVADASAN, J.\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                            B.A. No. 7573 of 2009\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n               Dated this the 30th day of December, 2009.\n\n                                        ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>           This is a petition filed under Section 438 of<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Procedure Code seeking anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>           2.    Petitioner is the seventh accused in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.1108 of 2009 of Kundara Police Station for                                 having<\/p>\n<p>committed offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147,<\/p>\n<p>148, 323, 324, 452, 326 and 308 read with Section 149 Indian<\/p>\n<p>Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>           3. It is unnecessary to go into the facts in detail<\/p>\n<p>because an application filed by the petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>dismissed earlier. No convincing materials are shown as of<\/p>\n<p>now to warrant a conclusion that there is a change of<\/p>\n<p>circumstance. However, considering the acts alleged against<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner, it is felt that he may be given an opportunity to<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the court below.\n<\/p>\n<p>           The application is disposed of as follows:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. 7573\/2009.                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      i) Petitioner shall surrender before the JFCM concerned<\/p>\n<p>      on or before 6.1.2010 and move an application for<\/p>\n<p>      regular bail, which the learned Magistrate may dispose of<\/p>\n<p>      in accordance with law on the same day itself as far as<\/p>\n<p>      possible after hearing the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>                                               P.
