Vide this order deficit stamp<br \/>\nduty of Rs.13,770\/- with penalty of Rs.250\/- is sought to be<br \/>\nrecovered.  After some arguments, learned advocate, Mr.Vaishya seeks<br \/>\npermission to withdraw this petition with a view to avail of<br \/>\nalternative remedy available under the Bombay Stamp Act.  As there is<br \/>\nan alternative remedy available to the petitioner, this petition is<br \/>\nnot entertained.  Permission, as prayed for, is granted.  The<br \/>\npetition stands dismissed as withdrawn.  It is clarified that this<br \/>\nCourt has not expressed any opinion on merits.
