Mishra, learned Counsel for respondents No.<\/pre>\n<p>1 and 2.\n<\/p>\n<p>      With consent of learned counsel for the parties the<br \/>\nmatter is heard finally.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner, retired employee of Madhya Pradesh<br \/>\nState Road Transport Corporation, has filed this petition<br \/>\nunder Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking<br \/>\ndirection   to   respondents    to     pay   8    %     interest   over<br \/>\nRs.1,26,372\/-     from     28.2.2006    to   21.3.2008       and    on<br \/>\nRs.1,30,461\/- from 28.3.2006 to 3.7.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>      On being noticed respondent No. 3 filed its return<br \/>\nwherein it is stated in paragraph 2 that the petitioner has<br \/>\nbeen paid Rs.1,26,372\/- on 27.2.2008 against provident<br \/>\nfund accumulation        for the period 2006-07 to February<br \/>\n2008 inclusive of an amount of Rs.17,606\/-                    towards<br \/>\ninterest @ 8.5% per annum.              It is further stated by<br \/>\nrespondent No. 3 that, an amount of Rs. 1,30,461\/- has<br \/>\nbeen paid to the petitioner on 16.6.2008 towards provident<br \/>\nfund accumulation for the period 2006-07 to 2006-08<br \/>\nincluding an amount of Rs.21,189\/- towards interest @<br \/>\n8.5% per annum.         It is further stated that an amount of<br \/>\nRs.57,590\/- withdrawn in favour of the petitioner, is still<br \/>\nlying in his last provident fund account received as transfer<br \/>\nof   provident   fund    from   provident        fund   account    No.<br \/>\nMP\/4046\/2844 and it is stated that the same shall be paid<br \/>\nto the petitioner with interest on receipt of withdrawal form<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                 No. 19 duly attested and forwarded by the employer of the<br \/>\n                 petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       In view of above candid submission put forth on<br \/>\n                 behalf of respondent No. 3, the present petition is disposed<br \/>\n                 of with a direction to petitioner to submit the form No. 19<br \/>\n                 with his employer within 15 days hence.      The respondent<br \/>\n                 Nos. 1 and 2 on receiving such form shall duly forward the<br \/>\n                 same to respondent No. 3 within a period of seven days<br \/>\n                 thereafter.
