Writ of mandamus is not a ._ <\/p>\n<p>awarded only in the exercise of A<\/p>\n<p>and to compel parties to aV(:t,\ufb01   <\/p>\n<p>conscience ought to be  of Writ<br \/>\ndoes not foliow as a neeessiijfr, showing of legal right.<br \/>\n% 4. In  sate of Haryanaz<br \/>\nthe Apex\n<\/p>\n<p> &#8212;&#8212;&#8211; -V&#8217;?  i\u00a73\u00a7:.;elej;aenta1j7&#8243;&#8216;&#8221;though it is to be<br \/>\nreetateti   &#8220;ask for a mantiamus<br \/>\nwithout _a&#8217; &#8216;1eg&#8217;aI&#8217;  There must be a<br \/>\njudicialfy enfoieeable right as well as a legally<br \/>\n right~&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;before one suffering a legal<br \/>\n,  ..\u00a7*iex{anC\u00a2 ask for a mandamus.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>  _:It&#8217;V&#8217;e\u00e9a:;elsewhere said that a Mandamus is a<\/p>\n<p> &#8216;dras\ufb01c  extraordinary Writ to be issued only when:<\/p>\n<p>    is a clear lea; right in the petitioner to the<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;   sought; (1)) an imperative duty upon the<\/p>\n<p> jresgmn\ufb01eni; to perform accompanied by a refusal to do<\/p>\n<p>ea  pa<br \/>\n\u00a7&#8217; AIR 197&#8242;; SC 275 <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">-4-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>so; (C) the iack of any other adequate remedjr;  (t  &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>properly invoked jurisdiction of t.&#8217;ne&#8217;Co1 H u   ] V&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>6.
