NAGINA CHAUDHARY\n                                         Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   11.04.2011                 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to<\/p>\n<p>                     withdraw the application of petitioner no.8.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Permission is accorded.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Accordingly, this application of petitioner no.8 is<\/p>\n<p>                     dismissed as withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Heard learned counsel for the rest petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                     state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission of the learned counsel for petitioners is that<\/p>\n<p>                     there is no specification as who among petitioners abused in name of<\/p>\n<p>                     informant&#8217;s caste. Theft is super-addition due to land dispute as<\/p>\n<p>                     some encroachment has been made by the informant over purchased<\/p>\n<p>                     land of petitioner no.5.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from<\/p>\n<p>                     the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>                     named petitioner no.1 to 7 and 9 to 10 shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>         Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with<\/p>\n<p>         Gaunaha P.
