THE SUPERINTENDENT, SADAR HOSPITAL, SITAMARHI\n  ................................................................. ....................RESPONDENTS\n                              *********\n<\/pre>\n<p>4    25\/02\/2011              The   petitioner       was     appointed    as     a   Male<\/p>\n<p>                  Counsellor     under        the   Bihar     State     Aids    Control<\/p>\n<p>                  Committee. The appointment as per Annexure-1 was on<\/p>\n<p>                  contractual basis for a period of one year. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  is aggrieved by the fact that his appointment was<\/p>\n<p>                  cancelled vide the order contained in Annexure-3 and 4.<\/p>\n<p>                  It is submitted that the reasons given for cancelling the<\/p>\n<p>                  order of appointment is that there was no signature of<\/p>\n<p>                  the    Statistical     Officer,   Bihar     State     Aids    Control<\/p>\n<p>                  Committee, Patna on the mark sheet. It was also alleged<\/p>\n<p>                  that there was some interpolation in the marks of this<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Whatever be the reason for the cancellation, the<\/p>\n<p>                  fact   remains       that   the   appointment       was      made   on<\/p>\n<p>                  contractual basis for a period of one year which has<\/p>\n<p>                  expired on 28.03.2006.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                 In   view   of   the   aforesaid   facts,   this   writ<\/p>\n<p>        application has become infructuous and as such, this<\/p>\n<p>        application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Anand                                         ( Sheema Ali Khan, J. )\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
