KUARI,   P.S.-\n           DARIYAPUR, DISTRICT-CHAPRA.\n                                            ......PETITIONER.\n                                            Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19.01.2011           Heard    learned      counsel      for    the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner as well as learned P.P. for<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Petitioner         seeks    his    bail    in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Sessions Trial No.106<\/p>\n<p>                 of 2005 arising out of Dariyapur P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                 Case   No.71     of   1996    registered       under<\/p>\n<p>                 Sections 448,379,324,323,307\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                 I.P.C. and 27 of Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Petitioner was all along on bail<\/p>\n<p>                 and he attended the Trial Court till<\/p>\n<p>                 4.3.2010,     but     on    the    aforesaid      date<\/p>\n<p>                 representation was filed on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                 the    petitioner.     It     appears      that   his<\/p>\n<p>                 bail   bond     was   cancelled      and    process<\/p>\n<p>                 was issued.
