Justice K.K.DENESAN\n\n Dated :20\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                            K.K.DENESAN, J.\n\n                   -----------------------------\n\n                        WP(C)No. 5548 OF 2007\n\n                   -----------------------------\n\n               Dated this the 20th February, 2007.\n\n\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Heard   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners,   learned<\/p>\n<p>Government   Pleader   for   the   first   respondent   and   learned<\/p>\n<p>standing counsel for the second respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     A   detailed   representation   has   been   filed   by   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   as   evidenced   by   Ext.P14   bringing   to   the   notice<\/p>\n<p>of   the   first   respondent   their   grievances   in   relation   to<\/p>\n<p>their service conditions and the action taken by the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent.        Having   considered   the   matters   which   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   would   like   the   Government   to   look   into,   I   feel<\/p>\n<p>that direction can be given to the first respondent to pass<\/p>\n<p>orders   on   Ext.P14   within   a   time   frame.     Accordingly   the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>to   consider   Ext.P14   in   consultation   with   the   second<\/p>\n<p>respondent   and   take   appropriate   decision   within   two   months<\/p>\n<p>from   the   date   of   receipt   of   a   copy   of   the   judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>Further   recovery   from   the   emoluments   of   the   petitioners<\/p>\n<p>shall   be   kept   in   abeyance   until   orders   are   passed   on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P14.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n\n                                                              K.K.DENESAN\n\n                                                                     Judge\n\n\nWPC    2\n\n\n\njj\n\n\n<\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Jaya P.
