However, in View of the judgment in the case of Sarla<\/p>\n
Verma 82. others vs. Delhi Transport Corporotion<\/p>\n
and another, reported in 2009  <\/p>\n

the claimants are entitled to <\/p>\n

5. Sri  appearing

. ‘p.ersor1ai-i\u00e9expenses of the deceased. The Insurance<\/p>\n
 not filed any appeal. Therefore, the said<\/p>\n
co\u00e9iitehtiori of the Insurance Company cannot be<\/p>\n

7. Since the compensation awarded by the
\nTribunal below under other heads is just and proper,<\/p>\n
the claimants are entitled to enhanced compensation of<\/p>\n
