The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that<\/p>\n<p>after completing the investigation, charge was laid on<\/p>\n<p>24.12.2008 about one year before the filing of the application for<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail. It is submitted that now the case is pending as<\/p>\n<p>C.P.No.1 of 2009 before the court of the Judicial Magistrate of<\/p>\n<p>First Class, Thiruvalla.
