The appeals were scheduled for hearing on 29th January, 2010 but the<br \/>\nappellant did not avail of this opportunity. The appeals are therefore examined on<br \/>\nmerit.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.       The appellant has asked for certain information relating to various<br \/>\nactivities of the respondents. Being dissatisfied with the response of the CPIO&#8217;s,<br \/>\nhe has pleaded for providing the complete information, without specifying as to<br \/>\nwhich information has been refused to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>3.       The CPIO&#8217;s of the respondents have duly replied and furnished partial<br \/>\ninformation on the basis of available records. Since there is no denial of<br \/>\ninformation, the appellant is advised to seek inspection of relevant documents as<br \/>\nper section 2 (j) of the Act. Upon inspection of the records, he may identify and<br \/>\nspecify the information which should be furnished to him. The CPIO&#8217;s are<br \/>\ndirected to allow inspection of documents on a date and time convenient to both<br \/>\nthe parties within 15 working days from the date of issue of this decision. If any<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        1<\/span><br \/>\n information is refused, the grounds for doing so should be clearly indicated for<br \/>\nreview, if necessary, by the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
