There appears to be a typing mistake in paragraph-1 and<\/p>\n<p>                    the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No.44854 of 2009 as thereunder<\/p>\n<p>                    for Sessions Trial No.2562 of 2008, 2565 of 2008 has been typed,<\/p>\n<p>                    result being that similar mistake occurred in the last paragraph of<\/p>\n<p>                    order no.2 dated 9.4.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Present modification application has been filed to<\/p>\n<p>                    permit the petitioner to correct the contents of paragraph-1 and<\/p>\n<p>                    prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No.44854 of 2009 as also to modify<\/p>\n<p>                    order no.2 dated 9.4.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Let counsel for the petitioner correct the averments<\/p>\n<p>                    made in paragraph-1 and the prayer portion of Cr.
