Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>representation was submitted by the petitioner before the Deputy<\/p>\n<p>Director of Panchayat-1st respondent in this Writ Petition. 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>will take up Ext.P5 immediately,            the view of the 4th respondent<\/p>\n<p>regarding Ext.P5 will be ascertained, the petitioner will be heard and an<\/p>\n<p>early decision will be taken on Ext.P5 decision. Decision as directed<\/p>\n<p>above will be taken on Ext.P5 at any rate within one month of receiving<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.
