                   has been filed by L.N. Mithila University, but there is no<\/p>\n
                   statement with regard to interest at the rate of 10% for<\/p>\n
                   which petitioner is entitled in the light of the order<\/p>\n
                   passed in the writ application as well as order dated<\/p>\n
                   11.01.2000 passed in MJC No. 2960 of 1997.<\/p>\n
                             This contempt application is being disposed<\/p>\n
                   of, directing the Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar of the<\/p>\n
                   University to look into the matter. Since, petitioner is<\/p>\n
                   entitled for interest amount, that must be paid to the<\/p>\n
                   petitioner after verification of petitioner’s claim as soon<\/p>\n
