NO. 35 of 2007\n                     ----------------------------------\n            Dated this the 11th day of January , 2008\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       No objections have been filed by the respondents.      Clause 18<\/p>\n<p>of Annexure II is a valid arbitration clause and by Annexure III that<\/p>\n<p>clause was invoked        when disputes     arose between the parties.<\/p>\n<p>Annexure III was followed by Annexure VI notice through Lawyer. To<\/p>\n<p>that also, it is seen that the respondents did not send reply.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Having considered the Arbitration Request and the various<\/p>\n<p>Annexures produced along with the same and the submissions<\/p>\n<p>addressed at the bar, I do not find any reason as to why the Arbitrator<\/p>\n<p>should not be appointed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, allowing the Arbitration Request, I appoint Advocate<\/p>\n<p>Sri.M.Ramankutty, Thrissur,       as Arbitrator to settle the disputes<\/p>\n<p>between the parties which are subject matter of this arbitration<\/p>\n<p>request and Annexure III claim notice. The Arbitrator will also settle<\/p>\n<p>counter claims, if any, which are raised by the respondents. Arbitrator<\/p>\n<p>will enter reference and pass award at his earliest.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n                                  PIUS C.
