Banda\nPetitioner Counsel :- Yogesh Kumar\n\nHon'ble Vikram Nath,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>Heard learned counsel for the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>This contempt petition has been filed with the allegation that in spite of an<br \/>\norder dated 5.10,2009 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.50805 of 2009<br \/>\nthe opposite party has not decided his claim and representation though the<br \/>\nstipulated time has elapsed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The opposite party is bound by the order of this court and in case he does not<br \/>\ndecide it within one month of receipt of this order, without any reasonable<br \/>\ncause, the court would have no option except to punish him under Section 12<br \/>\nof the Contempt of Courts Act and other allied powers.<br \/>\nThe applicant shall supply a duly stamped registered envelope addressed to<br \/>\nthe opposite party and another self-addressed stamped envelope to the office<br \/>\nwithin two weeks from today. The office shall send a copy of this order along<br \/>\nwith the self-addressed envelope of the applicant to the opposite party within<br \/>\nthree weeks from today and keep a record thereof.<br \/>\nThe opposite party shall decide the claim and representation of the applicant<br \/>\nand intimate him of the order through the self-addressed envelope within a<br \/>\nweek thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>In case, opposite party does not comply with the aforesaid directions, it would<br \/>\nbe open to the applicant to approach this court again.<br \/>\nWith the aforesaid observations, this petition is finally disposed off at this<br \/>\nstage.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order Date :- 28.1.2010<br \/>\nRPS\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allahabad High Court Tejwa vs Ranjan Kumar D.M.
