\n  ef eiiienities of life and medical expenses is<\/p>\n
  He also submitted that though the<\/p>\n
  permanent disability of 24%, the<\/p>\n

 He aiso submitted that the appellant has<\/p>\n

therefere submitted that   and Award<\/p>\n
needs to be   H<\/p>\n

Whether the Tribunal has awarded just and reasanable<\/p>\n

\nwhich is reasonable    “does not call for<\/p>\n
interferezriee.\n<\/p>\n
10.    a sum of Rs.3S,0O0\/-\n<\/p>\n
towards {loss   and loss of amenities of life.<\/p>\n
The appellant .i1ais~.  of tibia and \ufb01bula and<\/p>\n
also otlfiex’ has taken treatineiit as inpatient for a<\/p>\n
   days and thereafter, follow up treatment for<\/p>\n
 Doctor has deposed that the appellant<\/p>\n
V it has Siif\u00a3’e1reel’;iiermanent disability of 14%. Hewever, he has<\/p>\n
 E\ufb01flaile\u00e9” gnything about the loss of earning capacity. The<\/p>\n
apfle\ufb02a\ufb01t has stated that he is unable to walk and he lixnps.<\/p>\n
i  appellant has su\ufb01ered permanent disability of 14% and<\/p>\n
 lie has to su\ufb01er discomfort through out his life. Therefore, in<\/p>\n
M.\u00a7*.A.8.1.i2j2Q03<\/p>\n
my considered view, a sum of Rs.50,{)0O\/  <\/p>\n
reasonable sum towards disability and \u00bbloss of V1if\u00a2:: ‘<\/p>\n
and accordingly, it is awanicd.<\/p>\n
11. The Tribunal has awarded a s:.1__m’ 0:-R$.3a,eoo;-% <\/p>\n
towards medical expensc\u00e9ss…’  has
\nmedical bills to the tune of  Zjas stated that
\nhe has spent consids\u00e9ifagble  expenses.
\nTherefore, it is  Rs.40,000\/ – towards<\/p>\n
medical exp.j\u00a2n$r\u00a7AS awarded.<\/p>\n
12. Th\ufb01\u00e9  treatment as inpatient for 3
\n Qfg 1’2 tifer\u00e9aiier, follew-up treatmcm; and
\n The Tribunai has not awarded<\/p>\n
any  V”_~tQw}f.i11*\u00e9s nourishing few, conveyance and<\/p>\n
 ‘.VVaf:zr:nda1\u00a7t  Therefore, it is proper to award a sum of<\/p>\n
