   time of accident and according to the claimants, he<\/p>\n

addition to that, he was also getting a sum of Rs.50\/– as<\/p>\n

   ‘thejlrate of 12% p.a. is contrary to the judgment of the<\/p>\n
   Court rendered in the case of Oriental Insurance<\/p>\n
\u00abco. Ltd., vs. Mohd.Nasir & others (2009 AIR sew 371 7).<\/p>\n

In the circumstances, he requests the Court to allvow the<\/p>\n
appeal.\n<\/p>\n
6. Per contra, learned Counsel for the \u00bbrespondents ”<\/p>\n

According to him, the income’ of a\ufb02loader  as on <\/p>\n
the date of accident could  lessllthan’V’l32sl;?.OO–250
\nper day and since   tinder the
\nGun respondent on a  per
\nmonth and    Commissioner
\nhas  “\u00bbRsl4,000\/- as income
\nper molath,  that awarding interest is<\/p>\n
also in ac-<:ordan'c_el"the W.C.Act. Therefore, he<\/p>\n
 requeeistls the Cou.rttoAdismiss the appeal.<\/p>\n
