No.13408 of 2011\n                         ANIL RAI SON OF MOHAN RAI.\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   21.04.2011             Heard learned counsels for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                 and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The petitioners are apprehending their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                 in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 447, 341,<\/p>\n<p>                 323, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                           The accusation against six accused persons is<\/p>\n<p>                 of making assault by lathi to the informant and his<\/p>\n<p>                 wife. Subsequently, the wife of the informant died.<\/p>\n<p>                           It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners that there is general accusation against all<\/p>\n<p>                 the accused persons and the informant has received<\/p>\n<p>                 simple injury. Moreover, in para 17 of the case diary, a<\/p>\n<p>                 statement of the deceased was recorded by the<\/p>\n<p>                 concerned I.O. that she sustained injury accidentally.<\/p>\n<p>                       Considering the omnibus general allegation<\/p>\n<p>                 against six persons other accused persons have been<\/p>\n<p>                 granted          anticipatory    bail      by         this<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             Court, let the above named petitioners, be released on<\/p>\n<p>             anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or<\/p>\n<p>             surrender before the learned Court below within a<\/p>\n<p>             period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>             of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>             the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n<p>             Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with<\/p>\n<p>             Jandaha P.S.
