Itiappeiars that in the adjoining village at Kodani\n\ni.V_viHage..authiorisation was not granted to any one. Hence,\n\nA fjth:eiii&quot;petitioner was requested to distribute the food\n\ngrains at Kodani village also. it appears that the\n\n:--\/\/\/\n55&quot;&quot;\n\n\n\nWP No.64406 of 2009\n\npetitioner did not distribute the food grains properly at\nKodani village. Hence, a complaint was lodged \nDeputy Commissioner alleging  &#039;\nDeputy Commissioner, pursuant -_to at: ix\nAnnexure--E dated 5\/8.O6.20O;9,V  \ndistribution of food grains  &#039;bras C&#039; C\nan adhoc basis, is vre.c.V1.uireVcl&quot;&quot;to_:&#039;-be-\u00bb__suspen--ded\u00a7 having\nregard to Clause   1992.\nPursuant to jtheireof,   has issued an\nendorsement in  &quot;  ,.Annexure~G would\nindicate   village, the\nauthorisation  Hadnal village has been\n\nrevoltevdpp for &quot;thesarne reasons. He submits that in the A&#039;\nsuspending the authorisation at Kodani  &#039;\nauthorisation in respect of Hadnai-ivili-a.ge  ibgxi \n\nsuspended which, according to him, i&#039;s_incor&#039;rect._ , &quot; \n\n4. Sri R.K.Hatti, learniedi Goveirrimient iifgi-&quot;&#039;1eader\nsupports the impugned.fTord&#039;er.;.j_ of objections\nhas been filed on beh:aifv\u00bbo:f  the same is\n\ntaken on re.c.oi#.d.  ~ i\n\n orderiipassed by the Deputy\nCommissiorier as~th*e Tahsiidar at AnneXures--E\n\n82; Ggrespeotixteiy.Apparently, Annexure--G Wouid stem\n\nihfrorri An&#039;r1eXiL1,re--E. indeed, a perusai of Annexure--E does\n\nit   itiiat the authorisation of Hadnal village was\n\nthe&quot;&#039;\u00ab\u00ab._ imatter of any proceedings before him.\n\n J&#039;Indeed;V----a perusal of the order itself discioses that there\n\n_i  was-misdemeanor in distributing the food grains insofar\n\n  Kodani viiiage is concerned Which, adrnittediy, the\n\n&#039;\\\n\n\n\nWP No.64406 of 2009\n\npetitioner did not have any authorisation but _was\ndistributing on an adhoc basis. Indeed, the \ncounsel appearing for the petitioner has \ninsofar as Kodani village   \nproceedings. Indeed, the 2nd \ncertainly, could not have  &quot; it\nthe authorisation inVrepspeet-&quot;oiii\ufb02adnaii ifi11a.ge--i\u00a7 on the\nbasis that the Deputjgxziii  No.1\nhad directed of Annexure--E\n\ndoes not &#039;i&#039;i__1dieation__  the authorisation of\n\nI-iadnai    subjeet matter of order at\n\nAnnexure--E.%  1 am of the View that the\n\nimpugned o1&#039;:1er\u00bbat AnneXure--G, insofar as suspending\n\nii&#039;&quot;the&quot;&#039;auf.horisation iofiili-Iadnal village is concerned, cannot\n\nit  the following order is passed:\n\nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>Petition is allowed.
