However, as it transpires from<br \/>\n\tAnnexures produced by the petitioners along with the petition, there<br \/>\n\tis some dispute with regard to the measurement for which D.I.L.R. is<br \/>\n\talso required to take into consideration the exact measurement. In<br \/>\n\tfact, the permission is granted for the construction, however, but<br \/>\n\tfor some reasons like measurement or whether one is having right to<br \/>\n\tsuch allotment is required to be considered for which Collector has<br \/>\n\tissued letter dated 24.12.2010 (Annexure-G).\n<\/p>\n<p>Therefore,<br \/>\n\tin the circumstances, it cannot be said that there is any malafide<br \/>\n\tas sought to be canvassed.
