No.34115 of 2011\n                             Munna Prasad\n                                 Versus\n                           The State Of Bihar\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   13.10.2011                 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 406, 506 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                                 It    is    alleged   that   petitioner   took     Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   5,23,000\/- through cheque, three years prior to lodging<\/p>\n<p>                   of the case on promise to return but the same was not<\/p>\n<p>                   returned.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that the petitioner used to work as an employee<\/p>\n<p>                   of the informant and for business transaction the<\/p>\n<p>                   cheques were issued. Moreover the petitioner filed the<\/p>\n<p>                   complaint case No. 374 of 2011 on 08.04.2011 against<\/p>\n<p>                   the informant in which cognizance was taken under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 420, 406 of the I.P.C. thereafter on 17.08.2011<\/p>\n<p>                   the present case has been lodged.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Lodging of the case prior in time by the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner clouds the bona fide of the accusation, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner namely Munna Prasad, in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                   period   of    12        weeks   from   today,   be   released   on<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                   (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<br \/>\n           to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram,<\/p>\n<p>          Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S.
