MU-16 dated 27.12.2007 passed by the<\/p>\n<p>                     Director, Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Bihar,<\/p>\n<p>                     as contained in Annexure 3, whereby she has been<\/p>\n<p>                     removed from the post of Aganwari Sewika.<\/p>\n<p>                              However, it has been fairly submitted by the<\/p>\n<p>                     learned counsel for the petitioner that she has earlier<\/p>\n<p>                     moved this Court with same relief in C.W.J.C. No.<\/p>\n<p>                     15739 of 2008 and sought permission to withdraw<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the writ application as she proposed to pursue her<\/p>\n<p>representation   before      the authority.    The writ<\/p>\n<p>application was disposed of with a direction to decide<\/p>\n<p>the proposed representation         of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously. Thereafter,   petitioner claims to have<\/p>\n<p>filed representation before the Director, Social Welfare<\/p>\n<p>Department, which was duly received on 30.11.2009, a<\/p>\n<p>copy of which is appended as Annexure 5 to this writ<\/p>\n<p>application. However, it is urged the same is yet to<\/p>\n<p>be disposed of despite the earlier direction of this<\/p>\n<p>Court to consider the same expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>       It is also submitted that the representations of<\/p>\n<p>other similarly situated persons, who were also<\/p>\n<p>removed by the order as contained in Annexure 3,<\/p>\n<p>have already been considered.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In above view of the matter, let the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2<\/p>\n<p>within four weeks.
