Kochadhaman, District Kishanganj.\n                                                                          -------Petitioner\n                                                 Versus\n                     The State Of Bihar\n                                                                    -----Opposite Party\n                                               -------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/-   13.10.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who<\/p>\n<p>                     is armed with carbon copy of the case diary up to<\/p>\n<p>                     paragraph &#8211; 121 dated 10.04.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with a case registered for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                     punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 376\/34<\/p>\n<p>                     of the Indian Penal Code, is one of the named accused in<\/p>\n<p>                     this case with allegation of having sexual relationship<\/p>\n<p>                     with the informant on assurance of marriage and<\/p>\n<p>                     continued doing so, but ultimately, refused to marry<\/p>\n<p>                     when she became pregnant. The informant is aged about<\/p>\n<p>                     more than 16 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                     case, in the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                     below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.<br \/>\n             10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>            amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>            Magistrate,    Kishanganj,      in    connection      with<\/p>\n<p>            Kochadhaman P.S.
