Oza, learned Senior Advocate appearing on<br \/>\nbehalf of the petitioners) with the registry of this Court, on or<br \/>\nbefore 9th November, 2011, towards the Costs and\/or<br \/>\nTraveling Allowance and Dearness Allowances and\/or expenses incurred<br \/>\nby the investigating officer and other accompanying staff for coming<br \/>\nto this Court, as for no fault of them, the matter is to be<br \/>\nadjourned. On such deposit it will be open for the concerned officer<br \/>\nto withdraw the said amount and the Registry to pay the said amount<br \/>\nto Mr.V.V.
