Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                     the counsel for the Union of India.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             2. Petitioner was an applicant for the post of<\/p>\n<p>                     Constable (G.D.) in the Central Reserve Police Force<\/p>\n<p>                     (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;C.R.P.F.&#8221;). He appeared in<\/p>\n<p>                     the written selection test and became successful<\/p>\n<p>                     whereafter he was asked to appear in the medical<\/p>\n<p>                     fitness test. Under intimation dated 13.03.2010,<\/p>\n<p>                     Annexure-4 he has been declared medically unfit.<\/p>\n<p>                     Later, he was again examined by Civil Assistant<\/p>\n<p>                     Surgeon, Sadar Hospital, Arrah who treated him for<\/p>\n<p>                     B.L. Hydrocele and after treatment declared him fit<\/p>\n<p>                     under   certificate   dated    16.3.2010,   Annexure-5.<\/p>\n<p>                     Annexing    the   copy    of    the   certificate   dated<\/p>\n<p>                     16.03.2010 petitioner applied for review medical<\/p>\n<p>                     check-up on 17.03.2010 but the authorities of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         C.R.P.F. did not consider him for review medical<\/p>\n<p>         check-up. Highlighting the aforesaid fact he has<\/p>\n<p>         again submitted representation dated 26.05.2010,<\/p>\n<p>         Annexure-6 addressed to the D.I.G.P., Group Centre,<\/p>\n<p>         C.R.P.F., Mokamaghat, Patna.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  3. Having heard counsel for the parties, I<\/p>\n<p>         direct   the   D.I.G.P.,   Group      Centre,    C.R.P.F.,<\/p>\n<p>         Mokamaghat,      Patna     to    allow    the    petitioner<\/p>\n<p>         opportunity to appear for review medical check-up,<\/p>\n<p>         as early as possible, in any case within one month<\/p>\n<p>         from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the<\/p>\n<p>         event petitioner is found fit during the review<\/p>\n<p>         medical check-up, his case for appointment on the<\/p>\n<p>         post of Constable (G.D.) be considered.<\/p>\n<p>                  4.
