No.6249 of 2011\n            JAG BAHADUR SINGH SON OF BANSRAJ SINGH.\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   26.03.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under Sections 419, 420 and 471 of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged that the petitioner was using the<\/p>\n<p>                 seal of headmaster even after he was removed from the<\/p>\n<p>                 post of headmaster.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted on behalf of the learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                 illegally been removed by the in-charge headmaster for<\/p>\n<p>                 which there is serious dispute with the informant, who<\/p>\n<p>                 is at present the in-charge headmaster.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the accusation in background of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             the dispute for headmastership between the informant<\/p>\n<p>             and the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be<\/p>\n<p>             released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest<\/p>\n<p>             or surrender before the learned Court below within a<\/p>\n<p>             period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>             of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>             like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief<\/p>\n<p>             Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection<\/p>\n<p>             with Sasaram (M) P.S.
