According to her, she has completed<\/p>\n<p>14 years of service in Ernakulam District. She claims that she has a<\/p>\n<p>mentally retarded and physically handicapped child having 80%<\/p>\n<p>disability and also that she has an old mother. Her husband is working<\/p>\n<p>abroad. In these circumstances, it is necessary that the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>presence be with her mother and child. Therefore, she has put in<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P9 representation for a transfer to Alappuzha District before the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P9 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
