Writ Petition No.6271 of 2011 is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents, their agents, men and subordinates from installing  high voltage  tower over and above the petitioner&#8217;s land in Survey No.25\/3, Nemili Village, Sriperumanthur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, without resourcing to slight diversion by installing high voltage   tower   on the adjacent poramboke land and lake area.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the   respondents electricity board in both the writ petitions.  The relief sought for in both the writ petitions are one and the same.  Hence, by consent of both the parties, both the writ petitions are taken up together for final disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. Both the petitioners have the grievance with regard to erection of power line over their property.  Mr.A.Selvendran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the whole project is as per the approved scheme.  Insofar as the change of alignment is concerned it is open to the petitioners to make a detailed representation to the authority concerned so as to enable them to consider their objections in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the petitioners are at liberty to make a representation along with a copy of this order to the Chief Engineer, the first respondent who shall consider and dispose of the  same on merits and in accordance with law within one week from the date of receipt such representation along with a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6. Both the Writ Petitions are disposed of as above.  No costs.
