Ramsewak Chaupal, son of Late Rajo Chaupal.\n                                                Versus\n                                         The State Of Bihar\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   27.07.2011                 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted<\/p>\n<p>                  to correct the prayer portion of the petition.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioners are an accused in Kusheshwar<\/p>\n<p>                  Asthan P.S. Case No. 108 of 2011 for the offence under<\/p>\n<p>                  Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 357,<\/p>\n<p>                  384, 188, 337, 333, 427, 435 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                  and \u00be Damage to Public Property Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                  the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and<\/p>\n<p>                  has been falsely implicated in this case due to<\/p>\n<p>                  highhandedness of the administration and in order to<\/p>\n<p>                  cover the guilt and fault of causing injury to the innocent<\/p>\n<p>                  on the alleged spot and the petitioners are in custody<\/p>\n<p>                  since 23.05.2011. It appears from the first information<\/p>\n<p>                  report that the petitioners alongwith 20 others named in<\/p>\n<p>                  the first information report and 2500 other people being a<\/p>\n<p>                  member of an unlawful assembly headed by Kameshwar<\/p>\n<p>                  Ram in course of counting of Panchayat Election<\/p>\n<p>                  damaged the vehicles and other utensils and trying to get<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              fire in the strong room raising slogans against the<\/p>\n<p>              administration to declare the Kameshwar Ram as a<\/p>\n<p>              winning candidate.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Taking into consideration the nature of<\/p>\n<p>              allegation and period of detention, the petitioners above<\/p>\n<p>              named are ordered to be enlarged on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>              bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two<\/p>\n<p>              sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>              Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur in<\/p>\n<p>              connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.
