SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n          W.P.(C)Nos. 37464, 37482 &amp; 37519 of 2010\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Dated this the 17th day of December, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners in these writ petitions entered Government<\/p>\n<p>service after putting in prior military service.           For the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>granting of higher grade, they want the military service also to be<\/p>\n<p>taken into account. According to them, they are so entitled to in view<\/p>\n<p>of Ext.P2 judgment of this Court. In the above circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners have filed Exts.P3 series of representations before the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent. The petitioners seek a direction to the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 series of representations in the<\/p>\n<p>light of Ext. P2 judgment, expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P3 series of representations, as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                               S.
