This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner for the following reliefs :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                                (i) To give a direction to the respondents to pay<br \/>\n                                     Rs.34,414, for the work done by him by installing<br \/>\n                                     a boring with Jet pump in the residential premises<br \/>\n                                     of District Judge, Buxar\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                (ii) To direct the respondents to pay interest at the rate<br \/>\n                                     of 12.5% per annum on the amount payable to the<br \/>\n                                     petitioner.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                (iii) To any other relief\/reliefs for which the petitioner<br \/>\n                                     is entitled for in the facts and circumstances of the<br \/>\n                                     case.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>                                  3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       perusing the materials on record, this writ petition is disposed of with<\/p>\n<p>       a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Executive Engineer, Public<\/p>\n<p>       Health Engineering Division, Buxar, District Buxar, (respondent no. 5)<\/p>\n<p>       along with an application giving details of the amount due and interest<\/p>\n<p>       claimed by the petitioner. If such an application is filed within fifteen<\/p>\n<p>       days from today along with a copy of this order, the said authority<\/p>\n<p>       shall decide the same by a speaking order in accordance with law<\/p>\n<p>       within two months thereafter and if any amount or interest is found<\/p>\n<p>       admitted and payable, the same must be paid to the petitioner by the<\/p>\n<p>       said authority immediately thereafter. However, if any amount or<\/p>\n<p>       interest is not found payable and admitted in the said order, the<\/p>\n<p>       petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same before an appropriate<\/p>\n<p>       forum.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>MPS\/                            ( S.
