Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned A.P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 498-A, 341, 323, 324, 504 and<\/p>\n<p>                   114\/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3\/4 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It has been submitted on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners the petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law and the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner no.2 is the sister-in-law (nanad) of the informant.<\/p>\n<p>                   Learned counsel further submits that there is no specific<\/p>\n<p>                   allegation against the petitioners rather the same is general<\/p>\n<p>                   and omnibus. It has also been submitted that the father-in-<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       law of the informant, namely, Ragho Yadav, had already<\/p>\n<p>       been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated<\/p>\n<p>       16.12.2009 passed in Criminal Misc. No.43942 of 2009.<\/p>\n<p>       Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner no.1, who is<\/p>\n<p>       mother-in-law, is an old lady and the petitioner no.2 is<\/p>\n<p>       unmarried sister-in-law (nanad) of the informant.<\/p>\n<p>                  Having     considered     the   facts    and    the<\/p>\n<p>       circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, (1)<\/p>\n<p>       Runa Devi and (2) Poonam Kumari @ Punam Kumari, in<\/p>\n<p>       the event of their arrest or surrender by them within four<\/p>\n<p>       weeks, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>       Rs.10,000\/(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>       the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M.,<\/p>\n<p>       Munger,    in   connection    with    Kotwali      P.S.
