For the purpose of granting<\/p>\n<p>higher grade, they want the military service also to be taken into<\/p>\n<p>account. According to them, they are so entitled to, in view of Ext.P2<\/p>\n<p>judgment of this Court. The petitioners have filed representations in<\/p>\n<p>this regard, which are referred to in Ext.P3. They seek a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent to dispose of those representations in the light of<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 judgment, expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on the representations filed by the petitioners, which are<\/p>\n<p>referred to in Ext.P3, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>two months from the date of receipt of          a certified copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
