the iorderi learned Single Judge dated 14.09.2009<\/p>\n
:Ti7pa_ssed  of 2009. The appellant is working as a<\/p>\n
.dfconustab1e in” Railway Protection Force, I-Iubli Division. He was<\/p>\n
‘i.a\u00a7rrest\u00e9_d.ph3}”‘I_3idar New Town Police on the ground that he has been<\/p>\n
9′ il,inV_ol’i}edij\u00a7in an offence punishable under Section 302 IPC in Crime<\/p>\n

No.142\/2008. He was remanded to judicial custody. Later “on he<\/p>\n
was released on bail. Now the appellant has been susp’ende:d_c.ilhy<\/p>\n
his employer and a charge memo has also been issued  it<\/p>\n
disciplinary proceedings against him. Challengingjthel’ 0lf’rthie.p<\/p>\n
employer in issuing the charge memo, ipetitioni’w’gis..  ._<\/p>\n
quash the same and to direct the ‘res’ponden’ts not to  the ”<\/p>\n
inquiry proceedings. The learned ~i_J_udge idismilssed the
\nwrit petition. Being aggrieved present appeal is
