On not<br \/>\nhaving received any information within the mandated time the Complainant filed a<br \/>\nComplaint under Section 18 of the RTI Act with the Commission. On this basis, the<br \/>\nCommission issued a notice to the Respondent on 01\/12\/2010 with a direction to provide<br \/>\nthe information to the Complainant and further sought an explanation for not furnishing<br \/>\nthe information within the mandated time.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Subsequently, the Commission received a letter dated 30\/12\/2010 from the CPIO<br \/>\n&amp; R.P.F.C-II, Noida, wherein it has been stated that on the basis of the records available<br \/>\nand the explanation given by the official from Receipt Section, it appears that the said<br \/>\nRTI was not received in his office. Further the CPIO &amp; RPFC-II received a copy of the<br \/>\nRTI application only with the Commission&#8217;s notice dated 01\/12\/2010. Accordingly a<br \/>\nreply was furnished to the Complainant vide letter dated 22\/12\/2010.
