HEMA, J.\n          - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                       B.A.No. 5169 of 2008\n          - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Dated this the 21st day of August,2008\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Application for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. The alleged offence is under section 8(2) of the Abkari<\/p>\n<p>Act. According to prosecution, petitioner was found in possession<\/p>\n<p>of 750 ml. of arrack on 7-8-2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3. Petitioner was arrested on 7-8-2008 and he is in judicial<\/p>\n<p>custody. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no<\/p>\n<p>other crime registered against the petitioner under the the Abkari<\/p>\n<p>Act and hence he has no objection in granting bail on conditions.<\/p>\n<p>       4. Petitioner is granted bail on the following terms and<\/p>\n<p>conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            1)     Petitioner shall be released on bail on his<\/p>\n<p>                   executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                   solvent sureties each for the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                   to    the     satisfaction       of    the     learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Magistrate.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              2)    Petitioner       shall     report      before     the<\/p>\n<p>                   Investigating Officer on every Monday and<\/p>\n<p>                   Thursday between            10 a.m. and 1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>                   until further orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>BA 5169\/08                       -2-\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           3)   Petitioner shall not   commit any offence<\/p>\n<p>                while on bail and in case of breach of this<\/p>\n<p>                condition, bail is liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>      The application is allowed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                           K.
