Tribunal I am of the View that the <:omp_en_sa_tion<\/p>\n
awarded by the Tribunal is not just and  .<\/p>\n
is on the lower side and therefore\u00bb.it,  to' hell'<\/p>\n
enhanced.\n<\/p>\n
7. Deceased Shi\\raprasadWVv*as  l\u00e9fiyears as
\non the date of his   as evident from
\npost rnortern’ _re.p.ort.:.~’**  parents of the
\ndeceased!    that the
\ndecea.sed_\u00a7vafs ~V p.m. by working as a
\ncleaner   examined first claimant as
\nPW’ 1.   to the accident disclosed that<\/p>\n
}.’1\u00a7~:’,:Sl_,E1S.t3l:I’1\u20acd”l11j1lI:iCS in the accident and died while he<\/p>\n
 “v–Wori4:irig as cleaner in the offending lorry.<\/p>\n
 the age of the deceased, year of accident as<\/p>\n
2003 and his profession as a lorry cleaner his income<\/p>\n
 reotild “be assessed at Rs.3,500\/~ pm. as agaisnt<\/p>\n
 Rs.2,00O\/W assessed by the Tribunal. The deceased<\/p>\n
was a bachelor. Hence 50% of his ineome is to be<\/p>\n
