 who has upheld the Order of the Land Tribunal<\/p>\n
“and rejected the claim of the appellant. <\/p>\n
2. The subject matter of this proceedings is the land
\nbearing Sy.No. 122 \/ 2 measuring 24 <\/span><\/p>\n
Sy.No.155\/ 1-D measuring 5 guntas and <\/p>\n
measuring 19 guntas situated at,.H_alii llivanjd <\/p>\n
Chikkamudavadi villages, Kana’}~:ap[ur’a
\nRural District. It is the?’-‘$15? of”  thatm

notice was issued as per Annexure — R2. Thereafter on<\/p>\n

  made  the revenue records for the year 1974-75 and<\/p>\n

it    the land in question, the Land Tribunal as well as the<\/p>\n

\nlearned Single Judge committed error in rejecting his<\/p>\n
claim of occupancy right and committed serious error in
\ngranting occupancy right in favour of SarnpanVgi.4:_lli’aju,<\/p>\n
who in turn had mortgaged the <\/p>\n
