NO. 179 OF 2007\n\n                            ---------------------\n\n\n                 Dated this the 12th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Learned   counsel   for   the   respondent   submits   that   the<\/p>\n<p>Registration Certificate of the School bus in question has already<\/p>\n<p>been handed over to the petitioner.  The permit of the vehicle will<\/p>\n<p>also be handed over, it is submitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>        It   is   made   clear   that   handing   over   of   the   Registration<\/p>\n<p>Certificate   and   the   permit   will   not   confer   any   right   on   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   to   claim   absolute   title   over   the   property   in   question,<\/p>\n<p>and that it will be subject to the orders that may be passed in the<\/p>\n<p>civil suit and also in any proceeding pending before the statutory<\/p>\n<p>authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>        In   the   above   circumstances,   this   Contempt   Case   Civil   is<\/p>\n<p>closed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    A.K.
