                          The petitioner, who is in custody<\/p>\n
                  in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.149 of 2010<\/p>\n
                  for the offence under Sections 413 and 414<\/p>\n
                  of the Indian Penal Code since 20.3.2010,<\/p>\n
                  has prayed for grant of bail.\n<\/p>\n
                          In the case, on confession made by<\/p>\n
                  co-accused,   a     motorcycle      was     stolen        from<\/p>\n
                  possession of the petitioner.<\/p>\n
                          Keeping      in      view     the        nature     of<\/p>\n
                  accusation and period of custody, let the<\/p>\n
                  petitioner above named be enlarged on bail<\/p>\n
                  on his furnishing bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n
                  thousand)    with    two   sureties         of    the     like<\/p>\n
