The Commission<br \/>\nalso informed them that if a record exists with them they are dutybound to give it unless they<br \/>\ncan claim an exemption under Section 8 (1) of the RTI act.<br \/>\nSince no exemption has been claimed and there is no claim that the information is not with<br \/>\nthem they would have to provide the information.
