No.492 of 2008\n           ------------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 20th day of July, 2009\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Pius C. Kuriakose, J<\/p>\n<p>     This appeal remains defective on the reason that<\/p>\n<p>notice sent to the claimant\/respondent is returned<\/p>\n<p>with the endorsement unserved. But we find that the<\/p>\n<p>appeal    pertains       to     widening         of     road from<\/p>\n<p>Kesavadasapuram to PMG Reach-I pursuant to Section<\/p>\n<p>4(1) notification published on 15\/02\/99. The Land<\/p>\n<p>Acquisition Officer awarded land value at the rate of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.3,34,334\/- per Are which was re-fixed by the<\/p>\n<p>Reference Court under the impugned judgment to<\/p>\n<p>Rs.6,10,493\/- per Are. It is brought to our notice that<\/p>\n<p>this Court vide judgment in L.A.A.764\/08 and many<\/p>\n<p>other cases approved grant of enhancement at the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">L. A. A. No.492 of 2008        -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      same rate in cases relating to acquisition of identical<\/p>\n<p>      properties.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Appeal accordingly will stand dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         PIUS C.
