Letters Patent Appeal No. 1360 of 2011:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                               Leave to amend the cause title of the Appeal.<br \/>\n                               Amendment will be carried out within two weeks<br \/>\n                from today.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                               Issue notice to the respondent nos. 1 to 15 for hearing<br \/>\n                and final disposal of the Letters Patent Appeal, to be made<br \/>\n                returnable on 16th December 2011.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                               Notice will be served through Court process.<br \/>\n                Requisites will be filed within two weeks from today.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                Re. Interlocutory Application No. 6632 of 2011:\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                               Prima facie it appears that the respondent-University<br \/>\n                has complied with the directions issued by the learned single<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> 2         Patna High Court LPA No.1360 of 2011 (4) dt.21-10-2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                2\/2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   Judge in above CWJC No. 1409 of 2011. Further, it appears that<br \/>\n                   although the appellant nos. 1 and 2 the Vice-Chancellor and the<br \/>\n                   Registrar of the University are not made party respondents in the<br \/>\n                   contempt petition, a direction has been issued against the appellant<br \/>\n                   nos. 1 and 2 under the impugned order.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                    In above circumstances, there shall be ad interim stay<br \/>\n                   against the operation of the impugned order dated 8 th September<br \/>\n                   2011.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                    This order is made without prejudice to the rights and<br \/>\n                   contentions raised by either of the parties in the contempt petition.<br \/>\n                   This order shall not preclude the learned single Judge from<br \/>\n                   proceeding further with the contempt petition pending before the<br \/>\n                   learned single Judge.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n                                                  (R.M.
