She was kidnapped by Geeta<\/p>\n<p>                 Devi. Innocence is the submission and submitted<\/p>\n<p>                 that he succeeded to satisfy the informant about<\/p>\n<p>                 his having no hand in the incident.<\/p>\n<p>                            Thus,   having      regard    to   the     facts   and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances      of   the     case,     the    above     named<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing     bail     bond     of     Rs.   10,000\/-        (ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each   to    the   satisfaction         of    Chief    Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Madhubani in Deodha P.S.
