\nPoiice Station, Shimoga District, registered , an
\noffence punishable under Section 20–A of NDPSA  -t *<\/p>\n

The first petitioner “of second
\npetitioner. They are   1 and 2 in
\nCrime No.2taken through investigation records.<\/p>\n
   per the investigation records, the Sub<\/p>\n
 lnlsptector of jurisdictional police, on credible
\n information visited the garden iand of first petitioner<\/p>\n
and found 10 ganja plants. He uprooted the plants and<\/p>\n
seized the same. The total quantity of seized ganja<\/p>\n
plants was about 5 Kgs. The seized quantity of ganja is<\/p>\n

above the small quantity and below commercial
\nquantity. T h_e investigation records do not r\u00bbe’vea\u00abl”that
