Ramachandran Nair, J.\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                      W.P.(C) No. 14735 of 2009-J\n                   - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                Dated this the 30th day of June, 2009.\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       This writ petition is filed initially by four petitioners and presently,<\/p>\n<p>only the third petitioner is interested in the matter and the other petitioners<\/p>\n<p>have been deleted from the party array by separate orders. The third<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was appointed as U.P.S.A. by Ext.P3 order. The approval stands<\/p>\n<p>rejected by Ext.P8 order passed by the District Educational Officer, viz. the<\/p>\n<p>first respondent. Various reasons have been stated in Ext.P8 for rejection of<\/p>\n<p>the approval.    Presently, an appeal is pending from Ext.P8 before the<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Director of Education, as per Ext.P12.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.   The writ petition was filed mainly aggrieved by Ext.P16<\/p>\n<p>notification issued by the management for filling up of various vacancies.<\/p>\n<p>Since the statutory appeal filed by the third petitioner is pending, it will be<\/p>\n<p>appropriate that the said appeal is disposed of within a time frame. In the<\/p>\n<p>counter affidavit filed by the Manager, it is pointed out that no approval has<\/p>\n<p>been granted to the fresh hand.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Govt. Pleader and<\/p>\n<p>learned Senior Counsel appearing for the third respondent.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">wpc 14735\/09                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      4. There will be a direction to the second respondent to pass orders<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P12 appeal after hearing the third petitioner and the present<\/p>\n<p>Manager, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.
