There is already<\/p>\n<p>a direction by this Court dated 16.02.2006 to seize the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>     2. There will be a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 and 6<\/p>\n<p>to dispose of the vehicle, if not already disposed of, within a<\/p>\n<p>period of two months from today.        Only after exhausting that<\/p>\n<p>remedy, the petitioner shall be proceeded against.
